• Your administrative experience support or Human Resources experience along with your outstanding interpersonal and organization skills will be your stepping stone to success and will make you a preferred candidate for this position
• These skills combined with your proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) will give you the tools needed for this rewarding opportunity
• Use your outstanding organizational skills to establish and maintain meticulous personnel files and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• This is a position with predominantly routine clerical responsibilities and requires a commitment to excellence in the performance of all assignments, including mundane tasks
• You will be a full member of the Human Resources Team
Description of Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper paperwork and proper filing of confidential personnel files
• Process background check evaluations and assemble candidate paperwork
• Support recruiting efforts by posting available positions, collect, sort and distribute resumes ensuring Managers, Supervisors, Human Resources and other interviewers have interviewing materials and logistics for events
• Enter and maintain confidential employee information in HR Information System
• Perform basic office functions to include answering calls/requests in a professional manner
• Collect and distribute incoming HR mail, prepare outgoing mail, make copies, maintain departmental office supplies and office personnel filing
• Prepare correspondence and mailings
• Audit personnel files and records
• Prepare employee badges
• Process new hire paperwork
• Provide basic technical training for new employees

Requirements:
• Associates Degree in Human Resources or equivalent in related field
• Six months’ related experience with strong customer service, data entry and computer application experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Extremely organized and able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Professional demeanor and personal presentation are essential
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and well versed in Internet research
• Professional, polished demeanor and excellent communication, organizational, time-management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
• Professional responsiveness and adaptability to rapid change
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, be resourceful and demonstrate good problem solving skills
