This position is temporary, but has the potential to go permanent for the right person! It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for an entry level position to get their foot in the door with a great company and is paying $14.90/hour!

THIS JOB OFFERS YOU THE CHANCE TO:

• Respond to enrollment services calls, respond to inquiries, direct callers to appropriate party
• Educate clients on managed care
• Assess client’s health care needs and assist in choosing health plan.
• Assist clients in enrolling/disenrolling from plans
• Manage all documents/paperwork involved in enrollment/disenrollment processes
• Draft correspondence to clients
• Review enrollment/disenrollment forms for accuracy
• Perform managed care education and enrollment services when call volume warrants
• Mailroom functions, when assigned
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Effective communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to follow directions and multi-task
• Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a vast range of people
• Ability to handle pressure and perform multiple tasks
• 2 years of Human Services experience OR experience dealing with the public OR recent college graduate!
• FLUENCY in one of the following languages: Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese), Korean, Spanish
