JOB DESCRIPTION
• Both inside sales and recruiting support tasks in information technology industry
• Work with business development manager, and senior recruiter to define the employment and contract needs of clients
• Work with business development manager to understand client needs and analyzing the requirements
• Work to gain information technology knowledge and sales leads
• Strategize how to attract potential IT contractors and pipeline the prospective resources for both immediate and future needs
• Attend job fairs, network meeting, and user group gatherings to identify opportunities and resources
• Screen, interview, test, evaluate, and check the references of applicants
• On-going study and research to understand market trend, job market, and the dynamics in IT industry
Requirements:
• Willingness to learn the technical language of software products and services
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly
• Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of experience
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with both candidates and clients by demonstrating positive interpersonal skills
• Exceptional communication skills and team work
• Possess a strong work ethics, professionalism, high energy, and creative mind
• Have proficiency in MS office, and using search engines
