A Major Record Company is currently seeking a Marketing Administrator for the New York, NY location.

Responsibilities:
- Handle the auditing and processing of all Marketing invoices
- Effectively inputting and managing the label's Marketing budgets
- Review all Radio promotion's document for compliance of promotions policies
- Processing labels ticket buys
- Processing all wires and rushes - Set up artist in CTS system
- Verify and approve artist travel
- Enter PO's in cts
- Review and Audit expenses reports ensure they are in compliance with guidelines
- Accurately handle budget transfers and requests in a timely manner
- Maintain vendor set ups and changes
- Organizing and filing PO's after inputting in cts

Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and the ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment
- Ability to work in a detail and deadline oriented environment is essential
