Assistant to Talent Manager
at High Profile Talent Agency in New York
Our company has brought on a very faced based "A" Level Talent Agent. The hours are long and the pace is fast. The training will be the best. Our Agent comes from UTA Los Angeles among other places, so if you have not seen 'Swimming with Sharks', or do not have thick skin this is not the job for you. This is not a position for just any kind of assistant. It is a job for someone looking to become an agent. Please make no mistake, this is the paying-your-dues-job, however, we operate like a family, and are very hands on-with our entire operation. If we like you, and you understand what this all in entails from hours to starting pay, there might be latitude in hours and days per our abilities.
Requirements:
Fast phones skills, understanding of organization for the unorganized, computer knowledge, but most importantly a desire to become an agent in a bi-coastal ent and production company. You will have intern support, but that is not to be relied upon of course. 4EJ#28754
